How to use

1
Download the app for your system.
Mac: open the .dmg and drag the app to Applications.
Windows: just run the .exe. Click "More info" → "Run anyway" if prompted.
2
Enter the room code your teacher shared (e.g. office-hours).
If your teacher didn't give you a code, just leave the default.
3
Click Connect and open your DAW.
A red pointer will appear on your screen wherever your teacher is pointing. Your DAW works normally underneath — the overlay is invisible until the pointer moves.
4
When you're done: look for the red dot in your menu bar (Mac) or system tray (Windows, bottom-right) and click it to quit. You can also use Cmd+Shift+P (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows).
First time on Mac? macOS will block the app because it's not from the App Store. Here's how to allow it:
  1. Double-click the app. You'll see "Not Opened" — click Done (not Move to Trash).
  2. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll down. You'll see a message that the app was blocked. Click Open Anyway.
  4. Enter your password if asked. The app will open normally from now on.
