The Beat Kitchen curriculum is a living document. Think of it less as what we teach and rather what we are teaching. What you’re looking at here is called a word cloud.
We create these from the notes left by instructors for each class and through this lens we can evaluate each class and adapt it to meet the changing landscape and the needs of our students. This allows us to adhere to a general scope for each class while permitting our instructors to teach to their own strengths and to the needs of their individual groups. You aren’t getting someone else’s PowerPoint presentation.
Don’t expect anything like a YouTube video or a stale lecture. No two classes are alike because we can’t cover all the important stuff unless we take into account the most important thing of all and that is you. So if someone who belongs in a Beat Kitchen class, please share this post.
