Learning music theory isn’t like learning a new language. It’s like learning to read and write in a language that you already speak. The language is just music, and if you’re here, you already know when things sound right or sound wrong, which means you speak it.
Learning music theory is just giving the things that sound right and wrong to you a name. And of chorus it can be challenging. Anything worth learning is going to be challenging.
But it’s not a set of rules that you have to follow to write and produce music. Learning music theory is learning the names and the mechanisms for the rules that you are already following. Be sure to like this post and follow us if you want to learn more about music production.
