Somewhere out there, somebody’s telling you that it’s dangerous to use natural phase EQ because it imparts a phase shift on your recordings. And while that’s true, they’re also probably telling you that through a microphone that looks like this, or like this, or like this. Directional mics reject sound using phase cancellation.
And so if the EQ is dangerous, then so are these. Ah!
