So here’s the riff. What we’re seeing here is this shape, which is a weird chord because it’s kind of like an A, like a 2, but I’m playing this B flat minor here. It quickly resolves.
And then here we go to the V chord, the D, which doesn’t look like a 5. It looks like a D on the bottom with a G minor. And then it resolves here to a D7.
