Waiting on a plugin code?
When you verify a plugin with your Discord username, we open a private thread with you in Discord and post a 6-digit code there.
- Open the Discord app — on your phone or desktop, wherever you normally use it.
- Look for a new thread in your direct messages or in the channel list. Discord will usually notify you.
- Type that 6-digit code back into the plugin.
Codes expire 10 minutes after you request one. If nothing arrives within two minutes, use “Need help? Request support” inside the plugin and we’ll pick it up.
You never need to sign in to Discord to activate a plugin. If you find yourself at a Discord login or a two-factor prompt, you’ve gone further than you need to — close that window and go back to the plugin. We will never ask for your Discord password or a backup code.
