Course Incubators bk-MIX_i

Mix & Production Incubator

Incubators serve as a workspace to gather feedback – ideally bringing your song to completion.

Incubators are like labs: great companion to lecture based classes. It’s context based instruction. Typically you will see a variety of instructors from week to week and usually one or two of you will present your work. We expect the contextual puzzles you are solving to be universally useful and ask that you attend regardless of whether or not you are presenting. Your feedback is valuable.

Prerequisites: Basic understanding of mixing and arrangement — Mix Primer or equivalent. You should have a song in progress that resembles a draft mix. If not, start with the Songwriting Incubator.

$100 residents

Already a resident? Just the class fee above. Non-residents add Residency at $85/mo. This 8-hour class typically runs 1–2 months of residency ($85–$170) depending on cohort pace. Total: $185–$270. Final price set with the next cohort.
